The cleaning agent for clothes and equipment filled with down Nikwax Down Wash Direct is easy to use, a safe and extremely efficient measure for technical cleaning of clothes and equipment filled with hydrophobic or ordinary down. Nikwax Down Wash Direct is the only agent designed especially for cleaning hydrophobic and ordinary down, which effectively cleans, while renewing its waterproof properties, elasticity and thermal insulation properties.
NIKNAX Down Wash Direct® has been designed and optimized for the care of down products. Use Nikwax Down Wash Direct® to effectively and safely clean down articles, while renewing their insulating properties, breathability and a dwr layer (duraable water repellens) of both material and down. In this way, this product protects against rain and condensing moisture, and also prevents soaking and provides natural powder insulating properties. In addition, it renews the breathability of the material, allowing water to get outside in the form of a steam and optimizing the efficiency of equipment in cold or moisture.
Nikwax Down Wash Direct provides better functionality and longer life of your equipment. It is a safe way to thoroughly clean clothes and down equipment. Using in the washing machine is fast, easy and ensures that the whole item will be thoroughly cleaned.
Sleeping bag and very large jackets are best washed by hand in a bathtub or a large bowl, and then centrifuged in the washing machine.
It is recommended to use undiluted Nikwax Down Wash Direct directly to persistent stains before washing. Remove all non -laundry elements. Shake before use. Follow the recommendations on the label. Do not use ordinary detergents.
Washing in an automatic washing machine (only down clothing):
Remove all powder residues from the dispenser.
Place a maximum of two pieces of clothing in the washing machine.
Pour 100 ml Nikwax Down Wash Direct into the powder dispenser.
Wash according to the instructions on the label - preferred low temperature and free speed.
After the washing cycle is over, the clothing should be centrifuged repeatedly, with increasing speed every time to remove excess water.
