HB12 is a type of hip band designed primarily for exercises that develop the glute muscles and the entire thigh muscle group. They can be used as standalone training equipment, allowing for a complete workout of the lower muscle groups.
Additionally, using HB12 elevates the difficulty level of exercises performed with other equipment. For instance, exercises like barbell squats become more challenging. With each repetition, the bands not only engage the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes but also activate the adductor muscles, enhancing the effectiveness of your workout.
