ZW1600 instead of a classic flywheel has a water resistance system. Its adjustment consists in adding or pouring water from the tank. The resistance level is marked with 9 lines on the side of the tank. The blades in the tank are set at such an angle that the movement takes place very smoothly. The advantage of the water miller is that, unlike classic trainers, the sound of the sound of rushing water seems pleasant to the ear.
