Atlas Titan 15 is enormous training opportunities. The connection of the atlas with the leg-pressing station, the press, the pulling bar, handrails to dips, and the slanted bench gives us a 6w1 device, thanks to which it guarantees a whole range of exercises that we can do for each muscle part of our body.
Exercises engaging leg muscles and buttocks can be performed both at the bench press, using the press (leg straightening machine) and on the lower extracts using ankleband. A sloping bench, and handrails enable the execution of full abdominal muscle training. For back muscle training, we use a bar, upper and lower extract, and lifting arm (muscle exercises of the widest ridge), lower extract (rectifier ridge). We will practice the chest using a pressing arm, adjustable arms and also on the rails. We will use the lower arm and adjustable arms to train muscles. The perfect biceps training will be made on the bottom lift and of course using the prayer book. On the triceps, however, we will use the upper lift and handrails.
Easy arms adjustment and settings, and changing the handles enables smooth training. Number of workout posts, and two independent stacks of loads allow simultaneous training more than one person.
