PWL8306 HMS Premium is a multifunctional rail. Its application, focuses on the execution of push-ups on rails, i.e. Dips and classic pumps. Both dips and classic arm bends in the support, very much engage chest muscles, triceps and front actics of shoulder muscles. Thanks to the lower handles, it is possible to make, very strong arm bends while performing the pump. Thanks to this, we strongly stretch the muscle during any movement, which resulted in affecting its faster growth. On the upper handrails, from the placement of the body, it depends if we strongly get involved to work a chest or triceps. If during the exercise, we bend forward, the most powerful muscle will be a chest, if we maintain a straight position, we will focus on triceps.
Materials used for PWL8306 construction, not only guarantee very good stability and product strength, but also that the handrail is very light. Replacing from space to the place will not be a problem. Special foams, located on the handle, prevent the hand to slide, and not discompaffing during the grip.
PWL8306 HMS Premium is not a lot of space, stable and robust equipment that it should necessarily be in every home gym.
