The instrument is an ideal solution for people practicing at home, but successfully will work in the training room, replacing the entire stand of traditional dumbbells. The use of an innovative platform mounting system allows a very fast and easy load change during training. Unlike traditional dumbbells, photo and assumption of plates does not require each time to unscrew the terminals and applying and removing plates. In SR52, all you have to do is postpone a dumbbell on the stand and set the desired load on two knobs. After lifting the dumbbells, there will be plates corresponding to the selected setting.
