Nordic Walking is a versatile sport that comprehensively develops the muscle system while significantly improving our body's endurance. During walks with poles, the gluteal muscles, calves, thighs, as well as the muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest, and abdomen are engaged. The involvement of such a large group of muscles positively impacts our overall physical fitness. The telescopic design of the poles allows for quick and easy adjustment of their length based on the user's height. The NW802 model is equipped with an internal anti-shock cushioning system that absorbs vibrations during hiking and protects the joints even during intense walks. The poles are suitable for flat surfaces with both hard (e.g., asphalt) and soft terrain.
The set also includes baskets for trekking and Nordic walking poles. These baskets prevent the poles from sinking too deeply into soft, marshy ground. The TN103 Nils model is perfect for walking on soft surfaces like mud or sand. The two-segment poles have an adjustable height ranging from 86 to 140 cm, weighing just 576 grams. Made from durable aluminum 6061, these poles feature an ergonomic PP grip and a neoprene glove with an adjustable size for optimal comfort.
Additional specifications include hardened steel tips and baskets with a diameter of 5 cm and a hole diameter of 14 mm. The package includes two rubber tips for walking on asphalt and two interchangeable baskets for soft ground. There is also the option to purchase additional tips and baskets separately. With a 24-month warranty, these poles are not only a reliable choice for fitness enthusiasts but also a long-lasting investment in your health and well-being.
