The Joma TKTRLS2421 Trek Lady 2421 shoes are specifically designed for women's trail running. This model has been enhanced for lightness and breathability, making it ideal for training on moderately difficult or technical terrains, suitable for shorter distances and an average running pace of 4 to 5 and a half minutes per kilometer.
The new upper is crafted from various materials, incorporating breathable nylon with VTS perforations that regulate sweat release. To ensure protection and fit, thermally bonded synthetic TPU material is used on textile fabric in accordance with Joma SPORTECH technology. The use of a very lightweight and flexible tongue makes it barely noticeable. Additionally, the toe area features reinforcement made from TPU PROTECTION material to shield against external impacts.
The midsole is constructed from medium-hard phylon, providing excellent cushioning and stability. Furthermore, it is equipped with BALANCE technology—a rigid plate positioned between the midsole and the outsole at the forefoot, preventing twisting and stabilizing the stride on uneven terrain. The rubber outsole, utilizing DURABILITY technology, is resistant to abrasion and features lugs that ensure traction on rugged surfaces. With an 8 mm drop, these shoes are tailored to fit women's foot shape and biomechanics, being narrower at the heel and midfoot while wider at the forefoot.
